Med-Well, Inc members are welcome to use any of our facilities and services, all for the price of your training or membership.
We are open by appointment any time early to any time late. Our hours may vary to meet the needs of our clients and members, so call for your work out time today!
Med-well, Inc. offers a unique Membership-By-Appointment. Because we are a smaller, but fully equipped facility, we cannot open cart blanche to membership. But we can offer membership by appointment… all you do is call and reserve a one hour time slot, and then come in for your workout!
The membership can reserve up to 5 slots per hour, and offers most hours of the day to choose from. This is a very convenient way to receive the most professional, well supervised workout session possible without paying for the full hour of training. We designate a degreed, accredited fitness professional to supervise the exercising members, therefore providing a one-to-five ratio of staff to members.

Personal Wellness Training/Sports Specific Training Fees:
Individual 60 min $50.00/hour
Pair/Couple 60 minutes $60.00/hour
Triad (3) 60 minutes $70.00
Individual 90 minutes $70.00/1.5 hours
Pair/Couple 90 minutes $80.00/1.5 hours
10 Session Training Package $450.00 or 45.00/hr

Membership-By Appointment Workout Program:
Med-Well, Inc. offers a special membership program. This program is designed for those individuals wishing to exercise in a safe, structured environment, and yet still have the freedom to create your own workout routines. A fitness professional will be on staff at all times to assist you and provide spotting and feedback if necessary. Think of it just like a regular health club membership, giving you access to the facility as you desire. Sessions will be offered on an hourly basis, and will have a maximum of 5 people per hour.
Monthly Membership-By-Appointment Fees: $50.00/ month
Advanced sign up will be mandatory in order to secure your time!
